Pierce County Business Accelerator

The Pierce County Business Accelerator (PCBA) is a joint effort between the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber and Pierce County to help global majority entrepreneurs get business training and find access to capital. Working closely with the Chamber and the County’s economic development office, I designed the PCBA’s branding and marketing material including the website, flyers, banners, ads, and social media images, as well as photographing PCBA events. Our marketing outreach helped our classes quickly fill up, and since its inception in 2022, more than 250 global-majority-owned businesses have been created. This has quickly changed the landscape of the Tacoma business community, leading to a more equitable and inclusive environment for generations to come.
