Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber

When I joined the staff, the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber had no brand standards and, consequently, no consistency in its presentation or messaging. This made attracting both members and supporters difficult. I created and implemented brand guidelines to visually communicate the Chamber as a professional, friendly, inclusive, and strong organization. Collaborating closely with the membership and communications teams, I recreated all of the Chamber’s collateral including the brand marks for the Chamber’s many events and programs. The bold design brought attention to the Chamber’s messaging, and the consistent look helped members, prospective sponsors, as well as the staff, better understand the breadth of the Chamber’s offerings and the benefits of involvement.
